Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
